Barbara Pagani's Tresor Cache 101

These figurines sometimes referred to as Shiwan ware, or  Chinese Mud Man, likely dating from 1900-1940. They are usually brightly glazed pottery figures depicting men, often sages or wise men. One shown fishing, others seated or holding objects of symbolic importance. The darker clay potentially indicate greater age and value.  Fisherman, glazed Measures 4.25" x 2.5"  Condition: one crack in the hat, one crack on the fin of the fish.  markings hard to read bottom possibly CHINA  chip on the fin of the fish This one is glazed  Measures 4.25" x 2" w at base I believe there may be on strand of hair missing see just above the ear is where |I believe the strand of hair is missing markings hard to read bottom possibly CHINA  These 2 are unglazed Approx 2.5 h x 2.25" w at base These 2 are glazed  Measure 2.5 " h x 2.5" w at base

This porcelain figurine is a vintage Beswick Siamese Cat, in sitting position, model number 1887 Made in the 1960s by Beswick in England.  Measures approximately 4" tall Condition: The tip of the right ear is chipped but not visible as its brown, but you can feel it when you run your finger across it.
