Barbara Pagani's Tresor Cache 101

I haven't written anything in my blog for the longest time. Number one, my trusty old lap top was no longer supported by Microsoft because I was running on Windows Vista Professional which was fazed out last year. Number two, my blog got hacked and there are a lot of photos that have been removed. So I went out and bought a new lap top and I guess I got so used to the old one and working with my tablet and smart phone just because easier. The keyboard is foriegn to me and I even have a hard time using the caps lock. So first thing that is new this year is to pull out this baby and work on it at least 2 a week. I will drop watching tv and work on my blog a bit. Next thing that is new is my Fit Bit which has been challenging me to walk more which with my vascular issues is great. I try to maintain at least 6K a day but with the weather being so cold outside it becomes a bit of a challenge to walk my pug Henry but we go for longer walks on the days when its not so cold. So I am a paintaholic....don't judge me. I am clearing out my studio and have 25 mini paintings that I had stored away that I just posted on my Etsy store,  www.etsy.com/ca/shop/bpagani .And as a bonus, I am offering a 10% GrandReOpening discount at checkout.  I still have tons of bigger canvases and yes I know some still waiting for completion for family and friends. The reason why I work on mini paintings is #1 they are portable, #2 I have less room to get detailed # 3 The are quick and cute #4 I use them as prototypes for new products. #5 They are affordable. So having said all that, I need to sell before I can buy anymore. I know this was supposed to be my New Year's resolution but it is never to late to get one's shit together. So today I am preparing all my larger paintings that are complete for photo shoots to add to the Etsy paintings so that I can clear out paintings at a time. Here are the latest mini paintings 6 x 12. A couple were started with some detailed line work and then I applied modelling paste, let it dry for 24 hrs, then applies Golden soft body paints, som iridescent medium on a few of them, layers of different colours were dried with Liquitex medium gloss varnish. Some Liquitex glass beads were applied and top coated with 2 layers of Liquitex. They will be up for sale on my Etsy store. https://www.etsy.com/ca/shop/bpagani
