Barbara Pagani's Tresor Cache 101

I am so frustrated trying to figure out how to add a Pinterest button to follow me on my blog. After 2 days of attempts searching high and low and I have even gone directly to Pinterest goodies and for the life of me either I can't read properly or I just don't understand English or Html for that matter, but I am lost. Is there now a place where I can just drag and drop the button on to my blog? If anyone out there hears my pain, please help.

I came across Pinterest through some other bloggers and have now been obsessing by putting all ideas that I come across in there. It is a wonderful way to categorize all recipes, projects, books, diy and just about anything else that is on the internet that you want as a reference.
