Barbara Pagani's Tresor Cache 101

  Vintage heavy glass ink well and pen holder with 2 round and 1 square wells for ink and accessories.  There are also two slots in front for fountain pens.  Condition: The ink well is in overall wonderful vintage condition.

The New studio is my son's old room and I am not bring anything in there except my easel, paints, brushes, mediums and one table and a chair. Of course I will be taking my time bringing up one thing at a time.

Here are some of the latest paintings that are getting their triple thick coat of varnish. I noticed that a couple of them had some drag marks from the previous 2 coats of varnish, so off to the dining room table they went waiting for the new painting to cure and get their first coat. So as you can see from the photos, I really spread myself all over the house to do my work.....oh one day. Note of mention to a couple of the birthday girls who are getting one of these paintings....just bring me another canvas and I will continue to do a little something, something for your birthday.

Here is my art studio. It's a bit messy as this has been the dumping ground for the longest time. It's a small area and I share it with my dog, Jack , who doesn't seem to mind and a 30yr old asparagus fern that sheds like crazy....now if I could only have some time to do work. This is my very first post on my blog so I'm not really quite sure how it works. Some of my pictures could be a little vamped up but I guess I'll figure it out along the way. The desk that I work with was a garbage find many years ago when my back wasn't acting up and I carried it upside down on my head....if you can picture that 3 blocks for my husband to ask...."why do you need that". I removed all the paint and sanded it a bit but left it as is for years now. On top is a wonderful antique easel which my sister bought me years ago and it has been used for my breakfast in bed on mothers day.
