  This is a hand crafted trinket box with a 100 year old piece of porcelain shard. The sides of the metal box has a relief design and signs of wear on the bottom.  You can see where the bottom has been polished as I left a barrier around the label on the bottom. I fell in love with these 8 plates that have slight crazing. They reminded me of the Alfred Meakin Balmorol tea cups &  saucers I recently purchased for a friend.
