Playing with Liquitex spray paints

Okay I wrote my first review about the spray paints and I wasn't too pleased with the fact that one of the cans clogged up after my first application. I called Omer Desseres where I purchased them and they were willing to do an exchange....cool. Normally they are sticklers on their return policy especially since it clearly states no returns for spray paint on the receipt.

Anyhow I played around a bit with the paints, spraying random colours and dragging some of the colour with my paint brush and some of my palette knives....real cool how the colour underneath a fresh spray comes through.

I love how the different colours pop on this part.

The first painting which I played with has already been sold. I need to do a little more detailing with the white. I am using a Liquitex concentrated titanium white, so it is quite bright. I like it and so does Nathalie (who bought it) I will then let it sit for a week and add the final varnish and do the edges so that she can hang it right away.

I will put my textured mediums away for a bit and keep playing with the sprays. Maybe I can start making some money instead of giving work away for a change.

I need to get some prints done of my water colours and having a hard time finding a reputable place in Montreal to do Giclee prints. I have a couple of places to check out next week.

I also want to check out the Artist shop in NDG that sells other artist's works on commission.

The Randon things I collect on Tresorcache101

My blog name is called Tresorcache101. I liked the name Tresor cache from the first time I heard it. It sounded like a diamond in the rough. I like to find little treasures even at the curb. I picked that name when I started this blog way back when. Since Tresor cache was already taken in Google, I added the 101 at the end.  It is the place where I document stories about the items given to me by my Family and Friends either to keep or resale. Some of the items I are found at the curb or  at 2nd Hand Stores, Flea Markets.  Most of the photographs are mine with the exception of the occasional picture ideas for reference of what could be done with the item to upcycle.  Google " bpagani@poshmark.ca" and click on images you will be directed to my Poshmark closet where I sell. I post items on Instagram under randomthingsicollect. Please ask any question you have regarding any of my items.  Use my referral code "bpagani" to receive a $15 discount off your first purchas...
