2 paintings "remember me" with Liquitex Paints and markers SOLD

I combined the new spray paints with the new paint markers that I bought this week. I only purchased the smaller ones and got just 4 colours, white, blue, orange and gold which are some of my favorite colours for details.

So far I am having fun because I love doing detailed work with markers.....hopefully I can finish the 2 paintings for the exhibition next week. If not I have a couple of other smaller gallery style canvases that I can submit by next Thurs for the hanging.

So this is just the draft phase, photos to follow on where I went with these markers.

So here is where I started, randomly spraying some of the Liquitex spray paints on 2 separate Gallery style canvases

I started detailing with Liquitex marker white first to outline the flowers and then started adding some highlights with some of the other Liquitex paint markers. I have to go back and purchase black, red, green, and yellow to add more details.

These 2 paintings were done in memory of my mother.

They are sold to a friend who is gifting them to a young couple getting married in Sept 2013.

Sewing machine drawers

I found these sewing machine drawers at the curb last summer and have been debating what to do with them. I may try to sell on and keep the other for a project....hum so many projects....what shall I do? Holy cow is looking for a new home and a name - Give away

The Randon things I collect on Tresorcache101

My blog name is called Tresorcache101. I liked the name Tresor cache from the first time I heard it. It sounded like a diamond in the rough. I like to find little treasures even at the curb. I picked that name when I started this blog way back when. Since Tresor cache was already taken in Google, I added the 101 at the end.
