White school glue 1/2 cup of Corn starch 1/4 cup of Warm water Something to stir with Petroleum jelly Clear fast drying spray paint Hanging lamp cord or fishing line (depending on your desired final product) Container for mixing Directions Blow up a balloon. We kind of suggest not blowing it up to its maximum capacity so that it is rounder. Just taking a moment out to wish everyone a Happy Easter! Long gone are the days when my kids used to do the Easter egg hunt around the house with their baskets. Now we all have to figure out when we can sit down to do a lunch together and manage to squeeze in the roasted Turkey with everyone working weird hours. Oh well.....life happens
