This is a beautiful colbalt blue antique plate which depicts a scene of a colorful country side with a church in the background and a statue of Mother Mary.

The black transfer mark features a large stylized "B" with an "H" integrated into the cross-line, "&" on the left, and "Cie" on the right, with"Choisy-le-Roi" at the base.
The "HB" stands for Hippolyte Boulenger, who directed the factory during the late 19th century.
The impressed indented stamp is the maker's mark in the ceramic body which is characteristic of the factory's production codes and batch or shape identifiers.
There is wear on the front transferware as seen in photos.
It has the original plate hanger.
There is a small remnants sticker reading "Made in France" appears above the main stamp.
