It's been a while since I have resined a painting and I have 2 paintings that have been waiting for some time. Last ni ght it got cool, so today is the day. I keep most of my resin supplies together with a list of things I need or need to do. I always forget to write down how much resin and harderner I use. Today was a total of 606 grams of resin and hardener for a 20" x 24" wood panel. I think I will add more the next time as it could have used a bit more with a few spills. We shall see if it needs a second coat. I picked up these beautiful brass lamps at the thrift store and while taking photos of them, I realized they paired lovely with the painting. This painting below was a pouring medium that I did on canvas in 2012. It turned out beautiful with the flow of the pouring medium.
