Experimenting again with Golden Paints, Flow aid and Golden airbrush paints

Here are some of the paintings with flow aid by Golden and some paintings on the line up for rework. Just when you think you are in love with a certain medium along comes another that you just want to paint with forever but being a multi medium artist, I just seem to go from one to another, falling more and more in love. I worked on 2 small paintings last week with the flow aid for the first time in the series of the lake scenes and mixed the water with the flow aid first, then added the paint and then applied to the canvas. These turned out nice but I found there was a lot of wastage after I had mixed the flow aid and paint so this time I added the flow aid with the water and let it bubble a bit and then applied it to the canvas without any colour and took clean brushes for each colour and dipped them onto the wet canvas. An older painting that I never finished- Learning from my mistakes

Only because it was done in oil paint with on top of acrylic airbrush. Once you use oil paint you cannot use acrylics again. I should have thought about that but sometimes making a mistake is learning. While shopping at my favorite store the other day.....Omer Deserres, they had a new product sample at the cash which is oil paint that mixes with water.....how amazing. I will give it a try on this painting because otherwise I would have to wait until the spring to work outdoors because of the smell of the turpentine or similar solvents. So here is the painting in it's fix up stage and I will come back when finished to post the final results. I am not sure how I want to conclude it....its the center part that needs the work.
