Items I have sold

I went shopping on Saturday and got some great deals at Village des Valeurs:

2-White enamel chamber pots....don't worry I cleaned them with javex
2- Wonderful beer steins for Mr. Man's collection.
1- great wooden box to put in my studio so that all my paints are not all over the place.

1- wonderful old white milk glass honey jar. It's the one in the middle. I will probably add it to my collection of mustard jars.
Sometimes I find some really cool things like the pair of Christian Dior sunglasses that I gave to my daughter and her finance refuses to be around her when she is wearing them and then nothing at other times. The place was packed and full of cool stuff probably because they were having a 50% sale today which I never go to anymore because it is just too crazy.

Holy cow is looking for a new home and a name - Give away

That's right, one lucky person who adds their email and mailing address and what I should name this cow in my comments section of this blog will get this Holy cow for free. It is 6x12 on canvas. Pictures of Montreal in the 60's

Decarie Boulevard 1961. The  Gibeau Orange Julep , also known as the Big Orange, was built by Hermas Gibeau in 1942. That building looked like  this  in the 1950s. The structure was rebuilt in the mid-1960s when the road was widened. This larger, fiberglass orange is 40 feet in diameter. The Orange Julep drink is similar to that produced by Orange Julius. Both companies developed their foamy orange drinks in the 1920s.
