Playing around with Liquitex Pouring Medium

Here is a painting that I didn't really like so much and I was just playing around with it trying to get out of my painting block and then I added some pouring medium to it.....I will probably add another layer or 2 to it before I give it the final coat.
this was the older painting

I started blocking out some of background colours but it was looking like a chicken on rolling skates and a flower head
more blocking with black

now adding some gesso and playing with some other colours and not liking where I am going but still playing around

more editing to happen

adding some paint with pouring medium
finally dry....but still more playing happening. Pictures to follow
