So the reason why I collect random things is because I believe that everything has a second life. People put items to the curb because it no longer serves their purpose anymore. I believe that someone else would find value in it.

 I clean up and paint it and then sell it. If the items isn't something that interests me but still seems in good condition, I drop it off at the local second hand distribution center. 

I am always careful what I pick up and leave items outdoors till cleaned and fully inspected. 

The other items are things that I buy to resell or keep in my growing collection until I decide to sell the collection. 

This is my way of saving the planet with one thing at a time.
