My Egg chair

 This was an open box and only $120. There was some damage to the box and scuffs on the pieces inside along with 1 bolt missing. All in all its a steal, I love it.

Antique and Vintage Industrial Office Hardware and Supplies

Here are some of Antique and Vintage office supplies and hardware This was my grandfathers from the early 1900's in its original case.  These were your standard pencil case that was made of wood  I had a similar one in grade 1-4 when they started making plastic ones that were lighter to carry.  It stored your pencil, eraser, and nibs if you were using a fountain pen.  There was a time when all the mail that came into an office was stamped the date received and then it was sent to the appropriate dept for their review and then stamped again when it was received there and possibly another stamp when the paper was concluded. Perfect day to resin

 It's been a while since I have resined a painting and I have 2 paintings  that have been waiting for some time. Last ni ght it got cool, so today is the day. I keep most of my resin supplies together with a list of things I need or need to do. I always forget to write down how much resin and harderner I use.  Today was a total of 606 grams of resin and hardener for a 20" x 24" wood panel. I think I will add more the next time as it could have used a bit more with a few spills. We shall see if it needs a second coat. I picked up these beautiful brass lamps at the thrift store and while taking photos of them, I realized they paired lovely with the painting. This painting below was a pouring medium that I did on canvas in 2012. It turned out beautiful with the  flow of the pouring medium. I top coated it with the pouring medium as a final coat and was really surprised that it looked like glass. This is long b4 I tried resin. So years pass and it got transported to a few sho
